This project was for a new duplex home bought by the client. As it was a new home, Escaping had to undertake all aspects of landscaping on all parts of the job.

Being a duplex, we had to split the landscaping in the middle of the property, creating a mirror landscaping design for both sides of the property. Landscaping works included excavation, brick walls, fencing, concreting, planting and brick letterboxes.

With creating a mirrored landscaping design, we could build a fence down the middle of the property, enabling the client to create two separate yards. This job was on a very busy road, so it involved a large amount of planning and implementing of traffic control. Escaping Pty Ltd took care of all road closure permits, council approvals and council inspections.

We are Authorised to pour Concrete Crossovers/Laybacks and pathways in the Parramatta District.
